So a little bit about me, I’m a Mom of two, a licensed attorney and I partnered with a health and fitness company (hence the reason you are getting this newsletter)! I was a dancer growing up, so health and fitness was always a part of my life, but it wasn’t until recently that I started taking my health journey more seriously because I gained 50+ pounds after my babies and the weight was not falling off easily!!!
So, I really started to focus on my fitness and health, but cue the “I don’t have time” excuse, because, well, I didn’t have time to get to the gym anymore… but I pivoted and turned to at home workouts (after seeing an infomercial for the Insanity program) and after 60 days and 50+ pounds lost, I WAS HOOKED!!! So, after almost 10 years, I’m still doing these at home workouts, and I live and love a healthy and fit lifestyle, but now, it’s my job to encourage others, like you, to do the same!!!
You guys, there is so much more to my story, which might be of interest to you… but one of my favorite facts about me, is that I’m a self proclaimed Disney obsessed runner! I started running during the pandemic, because there was nothing else to do, and I actually fell in love with the challenge of running and the natural high I got after each run! So, as of today, I probably enjoy my run days more than my strength training days! My most recent and challenging run was the Broad Street 10 Miler, which was so hard, but I’m counting down the days until I can do it again, obviously! Oh, and if you can combine a Disney trip with a run… I’m THERE!!!
